Qualifications:
  • NYS Real Estate License is Required.   
  • Strong communication skills required, written and spoken.
  • Ability to use independent discretion and to handle confidential information with professionalism.
  • Enjoys a fast paced environment, can work well under pressure, meet deadlines and ability to multitask.
  • Professional, polished and positive attitude.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with demonstrated ability to independently establish and achieve goals.
  • Strong computer skills including experience with Google Suite, Adobe, Excel, Word, CRM systems and real estate related databases to build and maintain sales pipeline.
  • Self-motivator with the ability to work well in a collaborative environment as well as independently. Natural ability to connect with others.
  • Proven negotiation skills. Polished presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of Social Media and Real Estate Marketing and Sales Portals preferred.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of New York City real estate landscape preferred.
  • Bachelor Degree or higher preferred.
