Born and raised on Long Island's North Shore, Leslie C. French acquired an appreciation for the Gold Coast's fine estates and rich history at an early age. This lifelong interest, combined with an entrepreneurial spirit and a solid background in marketing and business, eventually led her to invest heavily in real estate both in Long Island and Manhattan. Her career experience marketing luxury goods broadened her understanding of, and appreciation for, the sales, purchase, rental and property management aspects of the real estate business. After experiencing some dissatisfaction with the current level of attention offered, Leslie and partners laid the groundwork for their future company and a higher standard for the real estate industry. East Egg Realty was born. Leslie French graduated from Villanova University with a B.A. in Political Science and a minor in Economics. Her career has allowed her the opportunity to immerse herself in executive education programs through Vassar College and Harvard University.

Having worked for several multinational investment banks, Jonathan brings a wealth of experience to East Egg. Jonathan developed his real estate skills at an early age, successfully identifying, acquiring and managing investment properties. Jonathan's ability to grasp all angles of the real estate market along with his strong entrepreneurial spirit  provided him with a solid foundation to bring the unique East Egg Realty business model to life from the ground up.  Jonathan Cifuentes graduated from George Washington University with a B.B.A. in Finance. He holds an M.A. in Economics from Fordham University where he graduated in the top 10% of his class.

We consider Lauren to be our Sales "Guru" with several years of sales experience throughout many industries. As a top-producing Mortgage Broker for financial institutions throughout New Jersey and New York, Lauren was able to fully immerse herself in the real estate environment. She has worked closely with financial institutions, real estate brokers, attorneys, appraisers, engineers and title agencies. In her recent career, Lauren joined Robert Half International, a top recruiting firm in Manhattan. This experience has equipped her with a strong understanding of staffing requirements, training of new employees, human resources and the legality behind New York State employment. In addition, she continues to drive sales and grow her overall network. Lauren's strong sales background and understanding of staffing/recruiting, training and human resources functions have allowed East Egg Realty to procure top talent to best serve our clients. Lauren Cifuentes graduated from East Stroudsburg University with a B.S. in Business Management and Economics.

Michael French is a primary member and important asset to the East Egg Realty executive team. His 12+ years of business experience, along with his strong understanding of start-up environments, contributes to the overall effectiveness of East Egg Realty. As President of Comco Plastics, Michael French oversees and drives the business operations of this recognized manufacturing company. Throughout his time with Comco Plastics, Michael restructured management teams, led the company to decertify its representation by the IAM Union, and established successful systems and operations. His efforts have resulted in lean, efficient manufacturing models. He has also launched his own business, which involves both commercial and residential rentals and is in the process of developing a new organization. Michael graduated from Emerson College with a B.S. in Communication. He continued his education at Fordham University, where he received an M.B.A. and graduated with honors.  

In an ever-expanding global economy, the real estate industry welcomes an increasing share of sophisticated clientele from all cultures and parts of the world. Ana Cifuentes is our key advisor in the international arena. As International Business Development Advisor, she is responsible for developing all of our consumer awareness programs as they answer to the growing demands of this market segment. Ana's focus areas include: identification and assessment of foreign markets and niches; adaptation of products and services; and development of entry strategies, advertising and promotional platforms. Her entrepreneurial background, augmented by her solid experience, distinguishes her as a uniquely well qualified player in the international arena. Ana Cifuentes holds a B.A. in Politics from Princeton University. She also graduated with a minor concentration in Language and Cultures and Intensive Language Studies in Mandarin and Portuguese. She is fluent in Spanish and Mandarin Chinese, and proficient in Portuguese.

Caitlin has a deeply rooted appreciation for the history of the Gold Coast and its unparalleled beauty. A lifelong resident of Long Island’s Historic North Shore meshed with a rock solid knowledge of Manhattan enables Caitlin to be a highly valuable asset to the East Egg Team. As Marketing & Sales Coordinator, Caitlin works closely with East Egg’s clients and brings our marketing efforts to fruition. From advertising to assembling our clients’ sales and lease applications, Caitlin utilizes her entrepreneurial nature to successfully tackle all projects and seamlessly close sales. With strong attention to details and a great sense of humor, Caitlin enjoys working hard to assist clients with all of their real estate needs. Caitlin conducted her undergraduate studies at New York University. Graduating with Latin honors, she then furthered her education at Baruch College, where she obtained an MBA in Entrepreneurship & Small Business Management.

David’s driven personality allows him to keep his finger on the pulse of both the Long Island and Manhattan real estate market. Having lived on Long Island his entire life, David enjoys the luxury of choice between exploring the beautiful North Shore of Long Island and taking in the diverse culture Manhattan has to offer. David’s past experience as an educator of children with special needs has shown him how to break down even the most daunting of tasks into manageable steps and trained him to pay attention to the details. David holds a Bachelors of Science in Psychology from New York Institute of Technology and an MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurship from Baruch College’s Zicklin School of Business. This diverse background affords David a strong set of skills useful to ensuring a smooth and seamless real estate transaction.

With a strong sales background and a creative eye, Jeanne has quickly established herself in the real estate world. Her strong knowledge of fashion, arts, interiors and photography allow her the ability to guide a client from the beginning stages of selling – to closing day. Jeanne holds a BPS in Fashion and Fashion Merchandising from the Laboratory Institute of Merchandising.

East Egg embraces innovation and technology. With David’s assistance, our team is able to remain one step ahead with smart marketing and analytics programs. David’s experience has enabled him to develop and launch an innovative web-based business. His entrepreneurial spirit is welcomed at East Egg – and his experience has assisted in building successful, innovative marketing initiatives for the organization. David holds a B.A. in Economics and Intensive Language Studies in Spanish from Princeton University. He is fluent in Spanish and English.
